The proposal of a regeneration scheme will typically involve:-

Improve the existing homes to a high standard by consulting with residents and project partners before and during the Project.

Create specifically the funding for the current void properties; bring these properties up to a high standard, which will attract new applicants for the homes.

Rebuild the areas where homes have been demolished with new homes with eco-credentials creating a mixed tenure village and a balanced community.
